Ein iOS-Gerät als Lautsprecher
Per Airplay mit seinem iPhone oder iPad Musik an ein Airplay-Gerät zu schicken ist mittlerweile hinreichend bekannt und funktioniert hervorragend. Wer allerdings sein iPhone oder iPad als Lautsprecher einsetzen möchte der kann das mit einer kostenlos im App-Store erhältlichen App möglich machen…
Zunächst einmal muss man sich die kostenlose WiFi2HiFi Station-App herunterladen und auf einem MAC installieren. Die Software steht derzeit nur für OSX auf der Herstellerseite zur Verfügung, eine Windows- oder Linux-Version gibt es aktuelle nicht. Logischerweise benötigt man nun noch die derzeit kostenlose WiFi2HiFi App aus dem App-Store (kostet ansonsten 2,69 €). Sinn macht das Ganze aufgrund der eingeschränkten Klangqualität der iOS-Geräte natürlich nur wirklich, wenn das iPhone oder iPad mit einem Sounddock oder einer Stereoanlage verbunden wird.
